Application

Flat steel flanges are used to make flange joints in the manufacture of pipelines and reinforcement elements.
They are connected to the pipes by welding or brazing.

Performance

Flat steel flanges are made of sheet metal. Connection measures are in accordance with SRPS M.B6.011 and DIN 2501.
Other measures are in accordance with the appropriate SRPS standards or internally adopted on the basis of calculations.

Material

Flat steel flanges that comply with SRPS standards in all respects are made of S235JR or some other steels with similar properties for operating temperatures up to 120 (°C). For temperatures above 120 (°C) we use other steels of appropriate strength.

Flanges that do not comply with SRPS standards (thicknesses are not defined) are made of steel and quality is determined by calculation.
