Application
Strainers are devices used to prevent the passage of smaller foreign objects and various impurities through the pipeline.
In order to increase safety at work, they are installed in front of fittings, pumps, measuring and regulating and other devices.
Performance
Strainers are made for nominal diameters up to 500 (mm), pressures up to 16 (bar) and temperatures
up to 150 (° C) with flange connection dimensions according to SRPS M.B6.011 and DIN 2501. At the customer’s request, we also make strainers for larger nominal diameters and pressures.
The housing is made as a single-piece, and it is connected to the pipeline by flanges.
The filter consists of a sieve of a certain density. Changing and cleaning of the sieve is very easy to perform, by removing the cover and taking out the sieve. The frequency of cleaning depends on the degree of contamination of the working fluid.
Material
The housing of the strainers is made of structural steel by welding, and the filter is made of stainless steel.
